Led UX strategy and execution across multiple 0→1 initiatives, including AI-driven products, while redesigning and scaling Kixie’s mobile experience end to end. Led the migration from Squarespace to Shopify, driving a UX audit and redesign that improved both customer experience and operational efficiency.
